We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our website designs. This covers any design or functionality issues. 

We have a compulsory retainer starting at £40/month for all our eCommerce websites. Depending on the size and complexity of the store the retainer could increase as we do need to cover the costs to run the site. There are also more advanced packages available for more of our hands on approach of managing and maintaining your website.

For us to start a project we need a 50% deposit and the other 50% after the project is finished. There are some rare circumstances where this can be done differently so contact us about more.
